Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of terms

HeyAssi (the "Service") is operated by ko group L.L.C-FZ ("we", "us", "the Seller"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1a. Payments and subscriptions

HeyAssi offers paid subscription plans billed through Stripe. Current plans are a monthly subscription and a yearly subscription. The yearly plan is billed once per year and includes a discount compared to twelve monthly payments.

HeyAssi also offers a free tier with a limited number of messages per month. Paid subscriptions are billed immediately when you subscribe and renew automatically according to the plan you selected, until you cancel.

You may cancel your subscription at any time through the billing portal or by contacting us. Cancellation stops future charges; it does not refund prior charges unless you are eligible for a refund under our money-back guarantee or applicable law.

2. Description of service and permitted use

HeyAssi is a personal productivity assistant for tasks, reminders, lists, and calendar events. It is accessible via a web app and via the WhatsApp and Telegram messaging channels. The Service may integrate with Google Calendar and Google Tasks at your request.

You may use the Service only for lawful personal productivity and personal communication purposes. You may not use the Service to send unsolicited bulk messages, to operate a business that resells access to the assistant, to automate interactions with third parties without their consent, or for any commercial purpose other than managing your own tasks, schedule, and information.

2a. Google integrations and connected accounts

HeyAssi may integrate with Google services, including Google Tasks and Google Calendar, in order to provide synchronization and productivity features requested by the user. By connecting a Google account, the user authorizes HeyAssi to access and manage permitted Google data according to the permissions granted through Google's OAuth consent flow.

Within the Google Tasks scope, and only within the permissions you explicitly approve, HeyAssi may:

  • read tasks
  • create tasks
  • update tasks
  • complete tasks
  • reopen tasks
  • delete tasks
  • synchronize task lists

Google integrations are optional. You may disconnect them at any time through your Google account permissions at https://myaccount.google.com/permissions. Some HeyAssi functionality that depends on Google access may stop working if access is revoked.

HeyAssi's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

3. Your account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep it up to date.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts or to our systems.
  • Send spam, malware, or abusive content through the Service.
  • Reverse engineer, scrape, or otherwise misuse the Service.
  • Use the Service to violate the rights of others.

5. Your content and intellectual property

You retain ownership of the content you create through the Service (lists, reminders, events, messages). You grant us a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to store, process, transmit, and display that content solely to operate the Service for you.

All rights in the Service itself — including software, design, trademarks, logos, and the "HeyAssi" name — are and remain the exclusive property of ko group L.L.C-FZ and its licensors. Nothing in these Terms transfers any intellectual property rights in the Service to you. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from the Service.

6. Third-party services and their terms

The Service relies on third-party providers, including Google (Sign-In, Calendar, Tasks), WhatsApp (Meta Platforms), Telegram, Stripe (payments), and our cloud and AI infrastructure providers. Your use of those third-party services is subject to their respective terms of service and privacy policies, including the WhatsApp Terms of Service, the Telegram Terms of Service, Google's Terms of Service, and Stripe's Services Agreement. We are not responsible for outages, changes, suspension, or termination of third-party services.

6a. Minimum age

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. If you are under 18 (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction), you may use the Service only with the consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to these Terms on your behalf. The Service is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly allow them to create accounts.

7. Service availability

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time. We do not guarantee that reminders will be delivered with perfect timing or that the Service will be free from errors or interruptions.

8. Disclaimer of warranties

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, HeyAssi and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, revenue, or profits, arising out of or related to your use of the Service.

10. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time and request deletion of your account by emailing us. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the latest revision. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.

12. Governing law

ko group L.L.C-FZ is registered as a Free Zone company in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. These Terms are governed by the applicable laws of the United Arab Emirates and the free zone in which ko group L.L.C-FZ is registered, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Dubai, UAE.

13. General provisions

  • Entire agreement. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Service and supersede any prior agreements on the same subject.
  • Severability. If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
  • No waiver. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of that right or provision.
  • Assignment. You may not assign or transfer these Terms without our prior written consent. We may assign these Terms in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
  • Force majeure. We are not liable for any failure or delay in performance caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including internet or third-party service outages, natural disasters, acts of government, war, or labor disputes.
